OP-18 “The Dominance of God” is the 18th booster pack of Bandai's One Piece Card Game. Its release date in North America and Europe is November 20, 2026. The set has 127+1 card types, as Bandai counts them, and takes the story past Water Seven: the World Government's Holy Knights take center stage, with Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock appearing in the game for the first time. A booster pack retails for $4.99.

OP-18 hits shelves on November 20, 2026, according to Bandai's product page for OP-18. The cards become tournament legal 7 days after the release date in each region, and at your local game store from the day of its prerelease event.

The Double Pack Set costs $2.01 more than two loose packs and adds a DON!! card with artwork found only in that product, which makes it the cheapest way to pick up an exclusive with the new set.
How many cards are in OP-18?
Bandai lists 127+1 card types. The rarity breakdown shows itself with the release. For comparison, Extra Booster EB-05 has 75+2 card types, a little more than half the size.
Before OP-18: EB-05 Heroines Edition Vol. 2
Three weeks before OP-18, Extra Booster EB-05 Heroines Edition Vol. 2 arrived on October 30, 2026. It puts the women of the series in the spotlight, with a new Nico Robin leader alongside Boa Hancock, Perona, Baby 5, Miss Buckingham Stussy and Vinsmoke Reiju. Its 75+2 card types include 6 SP cards and an exclusive alternate art by Kentaro Yabuki, the artist behind To Love-Ru. A pack is $4.99 as well.
On November 20, the same day as OP-18, the Gift Collection One Piece Heroines follows at $44.99: 2 EB-05 booster packs, 70 card sleeves and 10 promo cards with 10 different designs.
After OP-18: two starter decks in December
On December 18, 2026, two starter decks close out the year: ST-37 “The Desert Princess and the Pirates” and ST-38 “Baroque Works” at $16.99, both from the Alabasta saga. In the One Piece Card Game, starter decks are tournament ready out of the box and the usual way in next to a booster box.
